My wife and I had a terrible experience here. We felt as though we were not being heard and we were being rushed. They wanted us in and out as fast as possible. We were given mediaction without explanation or directions. The lady who we were being seen by left us with more questions than answers and left us feeling even more anxious than when we walked in. When my wife was having her transvaginal ultrasound there was no signs or warning the Doctor just stuck it in causing her pain. After we left the ultrasound room we went into the examination room. We were told what she had and we're given medication. Then my wife asked about another ongoing concern we have which could have easily been answered with some quick blood labs. And were told in rude and snarky manner that if she needed anything else that another consultation would be needed. That's fine but she could have easily said it could be for a couple of things and that another consultation would be needed to look deeper into it or that it would need ongoing treatment and appointments or they didn't have the time at the moment and would need another consultation. After that she just left the room, we thought she was going to come

Dr. Arnold and her staff have provided excellent medical care to our employees as well as the community that we live and work in. They have been an outstanding neighbor to us for many years!

Worst place to come get seen. My wife has grave’s disease and gets her blood test done here all the time and gets her medicine through them, came in Monday March 30th, 2026 they ordered to take a higher dose, yet they did not send her medication when asked and now we are here April 3rd 2026 and she has to pay AGAIN to redo all the process for her to get her medicine TODAY and also because they DID NOT SAVE HER FILES saying that she hasn’t been with them since 2024? What a joke you all are as doctors and employees, but hey! Hoping not one of you or your family members ever get to need a pill to kinda live. Do your job right and be professional.

I have taken my son here twice, once when he had the flu and another time for a wellness visit. Both experiences were lovely, the staff is kind, efficient and the doctors put me and my 4 year old at ease! 10/10 recommendations
